Each request is logged in 30-minute increments (e.g., a 17-minute task counts as 30 minutes). If you exceed your subscription hours, extra time is billed at €35/hour, with overages calculated quarterly.

A detailed ticket number is assigned to each task, allowing you to track progress at any time. Phone support should be used only for emergencies like server issues or if included in your plan.

Unused hours do not roll over after three months. Feel free to adjust your subscription at any time—we’re here to assist!
